My Story

My story begins in 2016 back in London, where I was working as a lunch aid in a private French school. Looking back, a young boy with a speech development delay instantly connected with me and wouldn’t listen to anyone else at the school but me. It was here that I learned the power of individual attention and the impact it can have on a child’s life. This young boy chose to connect with me, showing me how much care and support can really change things.

This experience propelled me into further work with children from all walks of life, including refugees and those from challenging social backgrounds. Collaborating with a friend's business, we dedicated ourselves to transforming these young lives, guiding them toward becoming valued citizens. This journey was not just about assistance; it was about empowering these children to see beyond their immediate circumstances. Our efforts were recognized with an MBE ( Member of  the Order of  the British Empire by the Queen) , marking a milestone in a journey of compassion and dedication.

In 2018, my path led me to Australia through soccer, and by 2019, I started working in disability support, and right away, it felt like I was exactly where I was meant to be. Working with families and children with disabilities, I found a passion beyond just a job. Every day, I could see we were making a real difference—changing hard times into victories and sadness into hope.

What started as a profession quickly turned into a vocation. Seeing the smiles on the faces of families and witnessing the breakthrough moments of children has been indescribably rewarding. My work has become a part of who I am—a hobby that fills my heart and a mission that drives me forward.

So,  Optimum Support Services started  in 2022 hoping to help as many families and children as possible, embarking on a mission to extend this journey of impact and transformation.
